Job Title: Senior Software Developer - NodeJS | Java | Microservices | Hybrid Role

Location: Dallas, TX (or Columbus, OH) - Hybrid (Two days onsite required)

Pay Rate:

• Hybrid: $53/hr on W2
• Remote: $50/hr on W2
• Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer with 7 years of experience in software development and expertise in NodeJS, Java, microservices, and integration technologies. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite twice a week at either our Dallas, TX or Columbus, OH location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, development, configuration, documentation, and testing of enterprise applications.
• Design and develop interfaces to third-party systems and reporting warehouses.
• Develop and optimize integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, API management).
• Collaborate on project timelines, implementation design, and support documentation.
• Apply secure coding practices while balancing performance and functionality.
• Design and implement solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Contribute to the DevOps pipeline with CI/CD practices.
• Provide ongoing support for application performance and troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years working with front-end and integration technologies.
• Proficiency in NodeJS or Java, microservices, and Kafka.
• Experience with API management (e.g., Apigee or Mulesoft), and Identity & Access Management (e.g., Ping Federate, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Solid experience in working with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Docker and Cloud Foundry.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Pager Duty).
• Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business owners.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Content Management Systems and Personalization Systems.
