Supply Chain Analyst III
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: 06 months contract with possibility of extension.
Start: Targeting March 2025
Pay Range: $55.00 to $59.85/hr on W2

Job Description:
- Develop cyclical demand forecasts (operational forecasts) for standard IT assets and accessories following agreed upon forecasting methodology
- Interact and coordinate with stakeholders to continuously measure and improve demand forecast accuracy
- Use and maintain designated planning and inventory tools and software to optimize supply planning and staging
- Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
- Closely coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure on time delivery of Purchase Order.
- Provide standard and off cycle reporting to Planning Lead.
- Apply data driven decision making to day-to-day activities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain supply and demand planning for hardware categories
- Implement process improvements initiatives to drive greater process efficiency and inventory optimization
- Track planning and inventory related KPIs
- Supporting the NPI launches and participate in product life-cycle management
- Identify, report, and mitigate supply availability and inventory risks
- Manage and track day to day escalations from internal and external stakeholders
Basic requirements:
- Effective communications skills, verbal and written
- 5-10 years of experience in supply planning and forecasting
- Full understanding of end-to-end supply chain fundamentals and workflows
- Proficient with major planning tools (i2, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Oracle Fusion experience a significant advantage
- Proficient with office tools (MS office, Google Office tools). Able to manipulate large data sets and summarize within excel with pivot tables and macros.

- Good knowledge of IT equipment and the market of consumer electronics
- Adaptable to fast changes
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
