We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Director of Sales to drive growth within the pharmaceutical vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales process, building client relationships and identifying business opportunities. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and the ability to manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Execute the go-to-market strategy for the pharma sector by identifying key opportunities and establishing TailorMed as a trusted partner
- Identify and engage key pharma companies, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive deals from initial contact through closing
- Lead the entire sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, while also managing ongoing client relationships
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the pharma vertical, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to share insights and support product alignment with market needs
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs within the pharma sector, customizing solutions to address those challenges
