Job Summary
Medivant Healthcare is seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist with a strong background in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for our Quality Control (QC) Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with HPLC techniques, strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and be a quick learner. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing analytical testing, validating methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to support our product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Routine Analytical Testing : Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses using HPLC and other relevant techniques for raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Method Development and Validation : Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for new and existing pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ICH guidelines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze analytical data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports that summarize findings. Ensure the documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
- Troubleshoot Instrumentation and Analytical Issues : Address and resolve any issues related to HPLC systems, equipment, and analytical methods to maintain smooth operations.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, industry regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records for all laboratory activities in compliance with GMP, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with the R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless project execution and to support troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain Laboratory Equipment : Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and qualification of HPLC instruments and other analytical equipment. Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs as needed.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in analytical chemistry techniques, regulations, and best practices
