Requirements

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including air brake systems, brake repair, and general mechanic skills.
- Proficiency in auto estimating and familiarity with dealership operations is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving capabilities.
