Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu development, inventory management, and scheduling
- Manage and train kitchen staff, coordinate schedules, and oversee their work
- Fulfill order supplies and stock inventory as needed

- Ability to solve problems on the spot and give clear directions
