Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process customers transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review and understand cash procedures.
- Prepare delicious coffees.
- Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and guidelines.
- Prepare multiple orders in a quick and efficient manner.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized area.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by the Tailwind Management Company.
- Review and understand all alcohol and health codes.
Barista Qualifications/Skills:
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age
- Food handler and TABC- required
