Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier area, including restocking merchandise and supplies as needed.
• Welcome each guest in a timely manner.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs set forth by the Tailwind Management Company.
• Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant.
• Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
• ID every customer who orders an alcoholic beverage.
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes.
• Ring drink and/or food orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change.
• Use jigger for all pours.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong customer service skills
• Bartending experience
• Knowledge of food safety protocol
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Food service experience
• Proficiency in basic math

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Age restriction due to alcohol handling/serving in essential job functions
• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• ServSafe.
• Liquor License required!

Pay: From $12.75 per hour Tips!
