Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with their purchases.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Preparing perfectly pulled shots of espresso
- Making Tailwind signature coffee drinks according to specific recipes
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Restocking inventory and supplies
- Preparing quick-serve food
- Collaborating with the team to provide the best customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass TSA Background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Open availability.
Pay: $15.00 per hour.
