About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly Barista to join the Tailwind team! At Tailwind, we pride ourselves on serving exceptional coffee and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our customers. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated early morning barista to join our team and help kickstart travelers day with a smile. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. Applicants need to be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Prepare perfectly pulled shots of espresso!
- Prepare Tailwind signature coffee drinks to recipe specifications.
- Interact with customers in a positive upbeat manner.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Cash handling.
- Quick serve food preparation.
- Ability to cross train. Will do Cashier, Barista, Food preparation, Retail and occasionally Bartend.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Barista experience- preferred.
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check to receive airport badge.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work 3:45am shift.
