About the Role:

At Tailwind, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to travelers from around the world. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while crafting a range of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they leave with a smile and a sense of satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare coffee beverages.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations.
- Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven bartending experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual.
- Must be 18 years of age. Age restriction due to alcohol handling/serving in essential job functions.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
