As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory, and assist with customer inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our business.

Responsibilities may include:
- Inspect Gift Shop and Packaged Food Areas to maintain store appearances, organization, checking in truck and unloading merchandise.
- Assist Retail Lead in maintaining product displays.
- Organize and check-in deliveries including but not limited to unpacking of boxes, organizing Items, scan, price and barcode new item’s.
- Report Shortages asap to General Manager and Retail Lead.
- Refill Displays, Pegs, Coolers and Shelves with products throughout the shift.
- Participate in daily, weekly counts.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Report feedback from customers including but not limited to requested items and customer issues.
- Prepare Magazine and Book Returns Weekly. Prepare Newspapers Returns Daily.
- Keep stockrooms and storage areas neat, clean, and organized. All boxes and totes should be clearly marked or labeled to ensure easy pulling of merchandise by associates for daily re-stocking.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day).
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge.
- Must be 18 years of age or older, must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
