Tailwinds is a warm, welcoming restaurant located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East. We are a go-to spot for our hotel guests, offering daily dinner service, a selection of craft cocktails, and an inviting atmosphere to catch up with colleagues or watch the big game with friends. Our approachable menu features a variety of shareable dishes, soups, salads, sandwiches / burgers, seafood, and steak. The restaurant is supported by a full kitchen and BOH team, providing a strong foundation for service excellence. We take pride in our commitment to hospitality, receiving nominations for 2024 NCG Hotel of the Year in F&B, Maintenance, and Cleanliness.
- Starting wage for this position is $12 / hour tips (average total compensation of $30 / hour)
NOTE - The ideal candidate for this job would be willing to be flexible after 2 pm, with shifts varying between 6-10 hours; most night end by 1am.
Seeking candidates for 25-40 hours per week.
At least 1 year of full-service bartending experience and strong table service skills
A solid foundation in food safety, mixology, and cocktail technique
