Internship Overview

The TAIT Internship program is a fully immersive, experiential program. Interns are placed in a department based on their major and interests, but it is up to them to set goals and define their experience at TAIT. We take pride in pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and we're committed to nurturing emerging talent. Position Details

Position : Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern

Job Specifications : Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern will gain a key understanding of artificial intelligence and its usage across the TAIT ecosystem. AI Intern will work to help draft AI usage guidelines. Help come up with an approved list of AI tools and what is acceptable within the TAIT ecosystem.

Location : West Lincoln Facility in Lititz, PA

Duration : 06 / 09 / 2025 - 08 / 15 / 2025

Compensation : $18 / hr.

Schedule : Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift dependent on projects and business needs

Eligibility : This role is open to U.S. Residents only

Qualifications

To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following :

Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent in a related field :

Information Systems and Technology

Computer Science

Software Engineering

Data Analytics

Graduating in between December 2024 - May 2026

GPA : 2.8 or Above

Familiarity with basic computer applications and software

Willingness to learn and develop skills in specific manufacturing tasks and processes

Independent operation, team collaboration, and escalation of complex problems to management are required
