Position Purpose
The Business Development Executive is a key member of the Commercial team tasked with driving sales through new relationships with key, targeted clients and maintaining relationships with trusted partners. The Executive will leverage TAIT’s place in the market to drive annual sales and be a trusted, well-respected advocate for the brand. The Executive will be assigned to a market that may include live entertainment (including concert touring and festivals), brand experiences (including temporary activations and conferences), location-based experiences (including theme parks and immersive attractions), or technology (including software and hardware product sales). The successful executive will work with the Market Leader to determine a successful strategy to go to market and increase revenue year over year.
Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Deliver quarterly and annual individual sales goals, driving revenue, margin, and market share.
- Develop and Drive a strong sales plan for the assigned market and territory.
- Create and Maintain strong relationships with current and new clients to drive revenue and lead eligible clients toward “gateway client” status. Be the executive in the room for sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with counterparts in Project Leadership (LEAD) to ensure sold projects are actionable, achievable, and profitable. Pass that knowledge to the team as implementation.
- Maintain pipeline and data hygiene and enforce the maintenance of both for teams.
- Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

Compensation : $75,000 - 145,000 base salary, plus incentives
