Position Purpose
As a Presentation Designer within TAIT on a six-month freelance contract, you will be responsible for transforming content into visually compelling and engaging presentations that enhance storytelling and communication. You will work closely with internal teams and executive leadership to design high-impact corporate and marketing presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic messaging. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and proficiency in presentation and graphic design software.
Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Design and develop engaging and impactful presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually dynamic slides that effectively communicate complex information.
- Maintain brand consistency across all presentation materials while adapting to various client and project-specific guidelines.
- Support the pitch and proposal process by designing compelling presentations for RFPs and client meetings.
- Enhance existing presentations by improving layout, design elements, and overall visual appeal.
- Utilize PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other design tools to create custom graphics, templates, and infographics.
- Work discreetly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Absorb and implement feedback from leadership, stakeholders, and clients to refine and improve design outputs.
- Ensure all files are properly formatted for digital and print use as needed.
