We are seeking a part-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized.

The Role
- Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
- Track and maintain inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized
- Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves
- Issue/return equipment to technicians on a daily and weekly basis
- Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels
- Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop
- Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Availability to work from 6am-11am (latest 12pm) as it is a part-time role for now (20-25hrs per week)
- Must live in or around the Colorado Springs area
- Ability to drive to Denver on occasion to assist with warehouse there, company vehicle may be provided for this purpose
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel a plus
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
- Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record required
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
