We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain strategy, procurement operations, and inventory management for our telecommunications construction division. This role will optimize our supply chain ecosystem, drive operational excellence, and ensure business continuity through strategic planning and relationship management.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project needs, timelines, and budgets
- Manage the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics of materials, equipment, and services required for telecommunications construction projects
- Develop and manage a comprehensive inventory control system across multiple locations, optimizing stock levels while maintaining project readiness
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible value while maintaining quality and reliability
- Oversee supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services that meet quality standards
- Monitor industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and new technologies to enhance procurement effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations, particularly those related to health, safety, and environmental practices
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project schedules and requirements
- Establish and maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and procurement performance metrics
- Develop and manage purchasing budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and performance
- Manage procurement-related risk, including supplier shortages, price volatility, and delivery delays, by developing contingency plans
- 7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, with at least 3 years in the telecommunications or construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the telecommunications construction industry
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management skills
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing ERP systems and supply chain technologies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures
- Experience with procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects of procurement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Travel /- 25% annually
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
