Insurance Agency Customer Service (Smithtown
Property and Casualty Insurance Agency looking to hire a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative for full time work, no evenings or weekends required. General knowledge of the insurance industry is expected, salary increases for an experienced candidate.

Responsibilities will include:
-Supply outstanding customer service in a friendly and helpful style both on the phone ain person
-Be educated and able to follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
-Have a continued understanding of new products and be able to communicate information to customers in order to help them meet their personal goals
-Produce insurance quotes
-Handle policy change requests
-Accept premium payments from customers
-Provide evidence of insurance requests
-Build strong relationships and provide support to customers solidifying retention and product loyalty
-Record all customer transactions in agency computer system
Experience and P&C License is a plus, but not mandatory.
