What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced CNC Mill Operator position at Takako America Company?
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, work instructions, etc.
- As required, translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine.
- Prepare a test run to check if the machine produce outputs according to specifications.
- Set machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as a CNC operator, as well as, experience in tooling and precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programing.
- Mechanical aptitude and good mathematical skills.
- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Good communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Certificate or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or relevant discipline is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
