Essential Job Functions:
- Closeout (TECO) completed production process orders in SAP.
- Work with SAP team to resolve issues preventing production process orders from being closed out.
- Assist with the scheduling of production process orders.
- Assist with review and organization of reapproval reports provided by QC.
- Assist with collection of materials for reapproval as required by QC.
- Print process order labels.
- Monitor and order production supplies as needed.
- Assist with packaging component inventory management and replenishment.
- Assist with the creation and dissemination of production KPI’s.
- Confirm (MIGO) purchase invoices for packaging components and production supplies.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
- Assist with maintaining training matrices.
- Liaise and partner with cross functional peers as needed.
- Responsible for reporting hazardous situations and EHS concerns, so that action can be taken.
- Responsible to consistently apply EHS considerations to protect health and safety of oneself and others’ and prevent adverse effects to the environment.
- Responsible for following compliance and other obligations, while understanding the consequences of not following them.
Educational Qualifications: Associate degree helpful but not required.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a production support role. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Requires strong computer skills. Some project coordination experience.
Competencies: Candidate must be able to clearly speak, read and write English. Must be organized, detail oriented and proficient with SAP, or a similar ERP system, and Microsoft Office programs. Reporting, managing processes, organization, analyzing information, professionalism, problem solving, supply management and inventory control, and verbal communication. Ability to work as a team with all levels of internal management and staff.
