JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1st level of management "Above_Shop."
Manages multiple stores within an assigned district, ensuring store operations are profitable, providing excellent customer service, and controlling costs.
Provides feedback on key performance indicators and partners with store management to develop action plans.
Communicates and coaches store management/franchisees district-wide policies and procedures, initiatives, product information, and marketing programs.
Hires and trains store management.
For solely franchised operations, operational oversight focuses primarily on coaching for optimal sales and profit performance and successful integration of new franchisees into the system.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Generally manages the equivalent of annual corporate store volume (revenue) of up to 5MM USD.
Additional criteria that may be considered as potential leveling differentiators:
District maturity: pace of expansion/growth,
Operational execution complexity: corporate/franchise mix, store operator capabilities.
Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.
For solely franchised operations, store count and/or system sales are primary leveling differentiators.
