Position Overview: The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of our guests’ experience, with significant resources for minimizing administrative work and maximizing time developing and leading the team. They will lead team members by enforcing policies and procedures to ensure every guest responds to our world-class customer service with a smile. Take 5 Indiana’s motto is simple: There are no spare guests. Daily administrativetasks primarily involve tracking key performance indicators, making timely bank deposits, and entering shipments for accurate inventory management. However, creating and developing a team that provides world-class customer service remains the number one focus.

- While on the job, employees must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time.
