Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Manager to lead our team at our fast lube oil change location. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to take on a leadership role while making a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and team development. Prior automotive experience is not required—what matters most is your ability to motivate and support your team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
