Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Manager to lead our team at our fast lube oil change location. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to take on a leadership role while making a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and team development. Prior automotive experience is not required—what matters most is your ability to motivate and support your team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service in a timely manner.
• Team Leadership: Build a strong, motivated team through mentorship, training, and fostering a supportive environment.
• Customer Experience: Develop relationships with customers, addressing their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and managing any concerns with professionalism.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, scheduling, and ensure that safety protocols and company policies are followed.
• Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for team members to grow within the company and help them achieve their career goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (in any industry) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Experience in automotive services is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
