Additionally, you will lead monthly clinic meetings, provide group supervision to BCBAs, and work closely with caregivers, support staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality care. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a positive team culture, fostering staff morale, and ensuring client satisfaction, while upholding professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines.
Operational Leadership:
In this role, you will manage team schedules, assist with client intakes, and oversee hiring and onboarding processes for therapy team members. You will also coordinate supervision hours for RBTs, implement policies and procedures, and manage clinic supplies to support daily operations. Serving as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams, you will ensure that all aspects of client care and operational needs run smoothly and efficiently.
