Clinical Director (BCBA)

We are a leading provider of early intervention services for children aged 1 to 5, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster essential communication, social, and adaptive skills. Our approach emphasizes compassionate, individualized care, collaboration with caregivers, and the use of evidence-based, least-restrictive practices. Dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential, we foster a culture grounded in kindness, intelligence, bravery, and commitment, offering a supportive and empowering environment for both our clients and team members.

Clinical Oversight:
As the Clinical Director, you will maintain a small caseload of no more than three clients, ensuring exceptional case management and measurable client progress. You will oversee therapy team members by evaluating their clinical and operational performance, providing constructive feedback, and delivering ongoing training and mentorship. Collaboration with the BCBA team will be integral, as you guide them in implementing best practices for early intervention and maintaining compliance with medical necessity guidelines.

Additionally, you will lead monthly clinic meetings, provide group supervision to BCBAs, and work closely with caregivers, support staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality care. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a positive team culture, fostering staff morale, and ensuring client satisfaction, while upholding professional and ethical standards in line with BACB guidelines.

Operational Leadership:
In this role, you will manage team schedules, assist with client intakes, and oversee hiring and onboarding processes for therapy team members. You will also coordinate supervision hours for RBTs, implement policies and procedures, and manage clinic supplies to support daily operations. Serving as a liaison between the clinical and administrative teams, you will ensure that all aspects of client care and operational needs run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in ABA or a BACB-approved program; active BCBA certification.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience supervising teams, conducting assessments, developing FBAs and BIPs, and collaborating with caregivers and professionals.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Google Suite; and the ability to manage time effectively while adapting to changing priorities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
