Location: Metrowest, MA (Community-based with 1 remote day/week)
Compensation: $75,000 $3,000 Sign-On Bonus ($1,500 at hire, $1,500 after 6 months)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible 8-hour days

We are currently seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and we’re open to both seasoned professionals and those just starting their journey. This role comes with comprehensive training, support, and unique growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct ABA services to adults with developmental disabilities and behavior disorders.
- Develop and implement behavior support plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and tailored strategies for skill-building and independence.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and related evaluations to inform effective interventions.
- Design and oversee data collection systems to monitor behavioral progress and outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with training, feedback, and professional development.
- Manage a caseload of individuals, working closely with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate in stakeholder meetings to discuss progress and align care plans.
- Support during behavioral crises by providing risk assessments and crisis management guidance.
- Deliver ongoing training to families, caregivers, and program staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree (or enrollment in a master’s program) in a related field.
- Active BCBA certification or ability to obtain certification within one year.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (no more than 25% within the community).
- Successful completion of state-mandated background checks.
- Strong communication and writing skills—fluent in English, with the ability to craft reports, guidelines, and correspondence.
- A proactive, enthusiastic team player with excellent attention to detail and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
