What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a talented team of BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality clinical services are delivered to clients.
- Supervising and guiding the daily implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans.
- Conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for new clients.
- Offering direct feedback and support to BCBAs and RBTs, modeling best practices in treatment delivery.
- Meeting regularly with the team to discuss client progress and ensure clinical goals are being met.
- Supporting the development and delivery of clinical training to ensure ongoing professional development for all team members.
- Conducting monthly check-ins with families to ensure they’re supported throughout the therapy process.
- Collaborating closely with the Regional Operations team to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Overseeing the clinic-based curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- Traveling to service locations for client assessments, team oversight, and high-risk case management.
