About Take Care Move Assistance:
Since 2006 hundreds of Portland area seniors and their families have used our services. Many referring us to friends and family! We are locally owned and operated and are members of the National Association of Senior Move Managers.
We specialize in assisting seniors living in independent homes moving them into a retirement community and or downsizing them in the community to a different unit. We provide packing and moving services tailored to their needs.
Job Summary:
Senior Move Management company seeking individual(s) to perform tasks related to downsizing or a move which include: downsizing packing, organizing facilitating donations, unpacking, set up/put away, hanging pictures and debris removal. Physical labor includes lifting boxes up to 40 pounds and furniture placement with the assistance of a team member and appropriate equipment.
Prior experience working with Seniors is a plus. Or driving a 18 foot truck. No CDL required. We do provide training.
We are looking for caring, compassionate people that are dependable, self-starters, team players and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This position is ideal for someone looking for a part time job with great hours. This can be a good position who for students looking for extra income and is in good physical condition. Office is located in Tigard teams depart from this location to the job site. The job site is a client's residence or within a senior community.
As a mover or driver with our team your day will consist of arriving about 8am for a crew meeting to discuss the agenda for the day. Then work together to prepare the trucks for the days task.
A valid driver's license is required. Drug test, DMV and criminal background check will be obtained prior to employment.

$18 PER HOUR TO START PLUS TIPS
HOURS: M-F 8AM TO START
