We are however, dedicated to building our best workplace yet.The Challenge Reporting into the Campaign Director, the Brand Marketing Lead is responsible for supporting the Campaign Director and working closely with the marketing and production team to develop and execute all phases of publishing and marketing for Ghost Story Games properties.What You’ll Take On Assist in driving the global go-to-market strategy including positioning, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and visual identityConduct competitive product and marketing analysis using qualitative and quantitative data to support recommendations on strategy and investmentDrive strategic planning and execute integrated marketing plans including channels such as public relations, paid media, social media, content creators, events, 1P and partner marketing opportunities, email, web, and other promotionsSupport visual ID and key asset creation including strategic approach and planning for production into integrated marketing placementsDrive developing post-mortem reports including ROI and areas for improvement across integrated marketing effortsDirect and manage various outside agencies to execute marketing activities including negotiating agreements, defining scopes of work, guiding creative and strategic direction, and establishing and tracking goalsSupport building sales strategies including evaluating lifecycle management opportunities and evaluating and pitching business dealSupport with copywriting including brand messaging, web and social media copy, FAQs, scripts, and other written materials as neededSupport communications and negotiations with external co-marketing partners including first party, GPU / CPU manufacturers, and hardware partners to secure and optimize earned opportunitiesCollaborate with internal resources including production, finance, IT, and facilities to address marketing needsSupport merchandising, licensing, and eCommerce strategic planning and management as neededSupport playtest research from start to finish including working with the dev team to establish playtest goals and questionnaires, driving recruitment of players, supporting playtest operations via local and VM solutions, and collaborating to build comprehensive qual and quant reporting, including working with producers on telemetry reportingSupport the production team with various activities including joint publishing tasks, ESRB submissions, and other tasks as neededOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring 7 years experience in the video game industryHas shipped at least 1 game on PC and console in a marketing or publishing roleStrong communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated towards solving problems and able to work well independentlyAble to work well under pressure and with deadlinesEligible to work in the U.S.What We Offer You Great Company Culture .
