- Perform vulnerability assessments and exploit known vulnerabilities to assess the effectiveness of security controls.
- Develop and execute penetration testing plans in accordance with industry best practices and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed penetration test reports outlining findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities and implement necessary security controls.
- Stay current on the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and security trends to enhance testing methodologies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on improving their security posture and mitigating risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments in diverse environments.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in using penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, and Kali Linux.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
