We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company's executives and senior management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company, as well as maintaining a positive and professional image. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, taking messages and responding to inquiries as needed
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by executives
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments and external parties
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and organizing documents
- Other duties as assigned by executives Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
