Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

As an Office Manager, you will be the central point of contact for our operations, ensuring seamless administrative support, resource management, and a well-organized work environment for both employees and franchisees.
What You’ll Be Doing
Office Administration & Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related vendor management, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Leadership & Team Support:
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team, employees, and franchisees
- Manage office staff and support their productivity by streamlining processes
- Train and onboard new administrative hires and franchisee support staff
- Provide strategic and administrative support to the Operations Division and leadership
Scheduling & Event Coordination:
- Manage calendars, meetings, events, and travel for leadership
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, training sessions, and special projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
HR & Employee Support:
- Assist with onboarding, training, and employee record management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
- Act as a resource for employees, helping to answer questions and resolve issues
Technology & Systems Management:
- Maintain company-wide communication using Slack, Google Suite, MS Office Suite and our CRM System
- Ensure employees have access to necessary tools and resources
- Track and improve internal systems for efficiency
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep an office running smoothly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in office management, operations, or administration
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and Slack
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to engage with leadership, franchisees, and employees
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM tools leveraging these tools to assist in communication with our clients and franchisees.
Bonus Points (Preferred, but Not Required):
Experience working in a franchise, tax, or financial services business
Background in HR, employee engagement, or office process improvement
Experience with business operations and process automation
