This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, providing windows for non-routine activities, and coordinating training-related activities.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. They must be able to efficiently communicate with cross-functional teams and management on recommended courses of action. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment are essential. Additionally, proficiency in using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with MS Project are highly valued.
