About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Operator III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal training plans to enhance knowledge, skills, and capabilities. You will also troubleshoot process and equipment problems in a timely manner to minimize manufacturing downtime.
Additional responsibilities include conducting safety Gemba's and providing coaching daily to ensure technicians are adhering to proper ergonomic techniques. The ideal candidate will support all local manufacturing operations, operate general production equipment, complete relevant paperwork, and participate on Continuous Improvement Teams.
