About the Position:
Takeda Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor - Biologic Medications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations, developing the manufacturing team, and interpreting and administering manufacturing policies and programs.
Your key responsibilities will include managing shift/team performance, investigating and resolving disciplinary issues, supporting Safety and Quality commitments, and providing resources to assist the department director in meeting annual operating plan and budgetary commitments. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through operations of the plant through Visual Management processes.
A strong educational background, preferably in Science, Engineering or other related technical field, and 6 years of related experience with 3 years in a manufacturing, supervisor role is required. Your advanced supervisory skills, knowledge of core principles in various manufacturing disciplines, and direct experience with manufacturing operations and biotechnology processes will make you a valuable asset to our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience using MS Office software, particularly Excel, and will be able to solve routine and challenging manufacturing problems.
