About the Job:
We are currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Technician II to join our team in Round Lake, IL.
This position is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement all processes in production while strictly following cGMP guidelines and regulations.
Organize and lead production activities, ensuring the line operates smoothly and meets daily goals.
Supervise Manufacturing Technicians I and participate in departmental projects and quality working teams.
Document process activities on routers or in the electronic batch management system (EBM).
Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a related field is required.
The ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and regulations is highly desirable.
