Job Overview
This position is critical to the success of our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will be responsible for executing industrial processes and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that all production activities are completed according to plan.
Responsibilities:
- Implement production processes while adhering to cGMP guidelines and environmental health and safety regulations
- Organize and lead production activities, including participation in departmental projects and quality working teams
- Assist with the movement of Flexbumin between inspection stages and packaging within the value stream
- Act as a line lead, ensuring the line operates smoothly and meets daily goals
- Document process activities on routers or in the electronic batch management system (EBM)
- Report to the Supervisor, Manufacturing
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
