What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Coordinator position at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited?
In this challenging role, you will lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing area and manage multiple priorities. You will be responsible for coaching the manufacturing lead(s) to provide seamless continuity during absences, monitoring the execution of production tasks to ensure all EHS guidelines and policies are followed, and escalating to manager as needed. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will also be responsible for supporting the development of KPI's and continuous improvement for the IG Inspection and Packaging manufacturing area, capturing relevant data to determine shifts or trends that require investigation, and representing the department in cross-functional teams as necessary.
