About the Position:
You will be responsible for managing personal training plans, conducting safety Gemba's, providing coaching to technicians, supporting local manufacturing operations, operating production equipment, completing relevant paperwork, manually cleaning equipment, participating in Continuous Improvement Teams, receiving and distributing supplies, ensuring components are prepped and ready, assembling and operating manufacturing equipment, coordinating with other groups, demonstrating proficiency in electronic systems, speaking, reading, writing and following instructions in English, having good interpersonal skills, working effectively and efficiently in a team environment, having a good understanding of cGMP regulations, familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment, being proficient in different mathematical disciplines, and knowing basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
About You:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of related work experience or AA degree or higher and 2 years related work experience
