Additionally, this position will monitor trends, understand the impact of contracting events, and the price sensitivity in the Commercial and Government channels. This position is accountable for delivering key insights and strategic implications to the organization that will drive current and future pricing decisions.

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

- Including the ability to work with large data sets to produce the appropriate analytics and reporting metrics to internal business partners that impact ASP.
- Collaborate with internal partners from Contracts & Pricing, Government Pricing, Market Access, Business Case teams to ensure all time sensitive metrics are submitted.
- Develop processes for ongoing maintenance and continuous improvements in Anaplan, for items such as customer mappings and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners on integration of Price Forecast in Anaplan into net sales models, and future reporting capabilities.
Additionally, this position will monitor trends, understand the impact of contracting events, and the price sensitivity in the Commercial and Government channels. This position is accountable for delivering key insights and strategic implications to the organization that will drive current and future pricing decisions.
How you will contribute
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of forecast models, reporting capabilities and ongoing process improvements within the Anaplan system. Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed to ensure new models match the Price Forecast and broader organization’s needs, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required and develop reporting packages to compare actuals and forecasts versus prior year and previous forecast versions.
- Manage and assist in the development of relevant analyses, forecasts, and scenario planning for MRP/MYC/LRF, by distilling extremely complex pricing and forecasts models into concise story lines that assist and support executive leadership in developing a long-term vision or strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Finance, Business Insights and Strategy, Marketing, Managed Markets and Sales to develop financial plan and forecast assumptions, providing a wide-range of detailed relevant scenario analyses, variance analyses, sensitivity analyses, and other insightful ad-hoc analyses.
- Create and manage analyses, forecasts, and scenario planning for MRP/MYC/LRF, by distilling extremely complex pricing and forecasts models into concise story lines that assist and support executive leadership in developing a long-term vision or strategy.
- Lead and identify process improvements within US BU overall financial planning process, always with a focus of adding value in a sustainable manner.
- Support and develop financial models to support ad hoc initiatives.
- Assist and support the functional leadership team with hiring, training, and/or mentoring of new employees.

- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business administration or another related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in pharmaceuticals or other related industry may be acceptable.
- 5 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas Analytics (large data sets), Marketing, Pricing, Contracting, Sales or Corporate and Financial Planning in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required
- Proficient in Excel
- Willingness to travel to various meetings, including overnight trips.
- Requires approximately 5-10% travel.
- Experience with Anaplan Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting platform.
