About the Role:
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals. This position is key to site leaders and their direct reports, delivering on workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and transformational initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management
- Partner with Sr. Leadership and the Head of HR to develop a talent roadmap enabling the organization to achieve its strategy
- Serve as a partner to Senior Leaders on the creation of development plans for key talent and determine what development solutions may be appropriate
- Advise leaders in dealing with complex employee relations issues; partner with ER and legal teams to understand trends in employee performance issues and advise on appropriate remediation
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through role model leadership and the development and execution of DEI initiatives
- Advise leaders on leading their teams through organizational change
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an HR discipline or related field required; MBA or master's degree preferred
- 10 years of HR experience, with 7 in a management role
- Pharma, Biotech or complex manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Expertise in HR best practices with the ability to build sustainable long-term strategies

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer equitable pay for all employees and strive to be transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary range for this position is $149,100 - $234,300. U.S.-based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, company match, short-term and/or long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
