We're looking for a Junior Product Engineer to join our team and help build, test, and refine our products. You'll work closely with designers, senior engineers and managers to bring ideas to life. Expect a hands-on role where you'll contribute to development, improve user experiences, and learn from industry pros.
What You'll Do
· Test and maintain product lines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tools needed to meet client expectations.
· Create test plans to push our products to their limits.
· Process test data using tables and figures.
· Create test reports and generate summary emails.
What We're Looking For
· High school diploma or equivalent, 2-year mechanical engineering degree a plus.
· A curious mind. Someone who will ask questions. Explore ideas.
· Growth mindset. Face challenges and overcome setbacks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Problem solving capabilities.
· Ability to work well in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
· Materials knowledge and how to build with them.
· Previous exposure to 2D cut file generation (AutoCAD, Mastercam) and/or 3D modeling (Inventor, Solidworks)
· Technical experience including hobbies (3D printing, laser cutting).
· Drafting or engineering experience.
