Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Order Processor to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Works closely with VP of operations, the General Sales Managers and Operations Managers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following area:
- Responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities, ordering supplies and equipment, data entry, and other related tasks
- Works with Sales Manager’s to verify paperwork
- Support the administrative needs of the administrator as well as the Operations/Sales needs, and Management Team needs
- Responsible for setting up new accounts, adding designated pricing and other account changes for all sales routes in the designated areas
- Direct liaison between Sales Team and Accounting Team – invoice or deposit discrepancies, open balances, etc. for the locations covered
- Assist Sr. Administrator or General Sales Managers(s) with routing imports or changes, customer information, invoice history and other tasks
- Run daily and weekly reports for Sr. Administrator and General Sales Manager
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to interface with multiple departments
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience: AA degree or equivalent education, training and experience required. Individual will have a minimum of three years experience in administrative assistant, preferable in related industry.
Skill Requirements: Word processing experience is required. Experience in a spreadsheet software and database applications is preferred. General computer literacy is prerequisite. Must possess ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diplomacy in all facts of the position.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
