Essential Functions As A Business Development Representative :
- Meet with new and prospective customer base directly to evaluate their wants and needs
- Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide world-class customer service while assisting in closing the sale directly with customers
- Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Business Development Representatives and marketing team
- Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes
- Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information
