Essential Functions As A Business Development Representative :

  • Meet with new and prospective customer base directly to evaluate their wants and needs
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently provide world-class customer service while assisting in closing the sale directly with customers
  • Innovate new ways to enhance and redefine the direct approach we have with our customer base to expand sales revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other Business Development Representatives and marketing team
  • Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes
  • Answer questions related to the field day-to-day from the sales team and manage requests for special reports and sales tracking information

Essential Requirements Of A Business Development Representative :

  • Leadership experience, including involvement in related sports and / or student organizations
  • Basic comprehension of marketing and sales methods
  • Ability to prioritize well and tackle challenges enthusiastically
  • Organized with the ability to exceed deadlines, and completion of tasks and projects assigned
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Versatile and willing to do what it takes to get the job fulfilled
  • Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role is highly desired
