- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
- Assist clients with any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in English and other languages as required.
