Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or promote services.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
• Utilize computer systems to document interactions and maintain accurate logs of customer communications.
• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.

Experience

• No Previous customer experience needed
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse customers.
