We have an opportunity available for a Product Specialist to work within our Content Team. The Product Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing product content, as well as optimizing it for search engines and user experience. The ideal candidate will build outstanding knowledge of our products, possess excellent communication skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you will do :
- Content Creation & Publishing : Create and publish product listings on eCommerce platforms using product photos and descriptions.
- Product Optimization : Optimize product pages for greater visibility in search engines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Merchandising and other teams to ensure product details are captured accurately and samples are provided.
- Monitor competitor content strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimization strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining content guidelines and templates.
- Use analytics tools to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support eCommerce campaigns by creating promotional content as needed.
- Ensure all product content aligns with brand standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update existing product content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to website product content.
- Work with copywriters and photographers on best practices and guidelines.
