Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team, with responsibility for performing preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, assisting other Maintenance Technicians with equipment repairs, and entering machine and maintenance tracking information into the electronic tracking system.

Successful candidates will be organized, careful, and team-oriented. Must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to adapt daily tasks to the requirements of our manufacturing team. This role has significant growth potential, and offers the opportunity to learn and advance in the equipment and facilities maintenance field through hands on practical work.

Job Responsibilities

· Following safe practices and requirements for performing work in a manufacturing environment

· Working effectively as part of a team

· Preventive maintenance and inspections on a wide range of production equipment

· Basic facilities maintenance tasks, including organization and waste handling

· Assisting in troubleshooting equipment failures

· Understanding and using electronic data management systems for tracking equipment and maintenance statuses

· Assisting in equipment installations and other larger scale projects

About You

· 2 years of relevant job experience (manufacturing, construction, maintenance, etc.)

· Eagerness to learn new skills and creatively solve problems

· Demonstrated mechanical ability

· Basic computer aptitude

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good energy

· Desire to learn new skills and processes

· Strong attention to detail

· Able to lift 50 lbs.

· You enjoy working within a collaborative, respectful, and supportive team
