Our client, a multispecialty group affiliated with a premier academic medical center is hiring a Gastroenterologist. Become part of large team of experts in the field, and a key provider within a nationally recognized, top-quality, patient-centered network. Must be comfortable providing outpatient care for a diverse patient population with a range of common to complex gastrointestinal conditions. Patchogue may require some inpatient rounding responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Treat patients in a general gastroenterology suite
- Be part of a team of physicians diagnosing and treating GI disorders
- Prescribing medications to treat digestive disorders
- Performing diagnostic tests to determine the cause of a patient's symptoms
- Providing medical care to patients with chronic diseases to manage symptoms and prevent complications
- Schedule : Full time
